Stakeholder Advisory Workgroups
The Quality Forum invites you to get involved. Each of its committees, the Medical Home, Quality Measurement, and HIT Committees are forming Stakeholder Advisory Workgroups to regularly engage and solicit feedback and input on committee work. The Stakeholder Advisory Workgroups will:

  • Be open for participation by any interested party
  • Have broad notice of all meetings via email and posting on the LHCQF website
  • Have meetings held at least quarterly to allow for a verbal report on committee activity and receipt of feedback
  • Have the opportunity for prior review and written comment on all recommendations developed by the committee intended for action by the LHCQF Board
