Who We Are Read More...
The Louisiana Health Care Quality Forum is a private, not-for-profit organization. Dozens of other stakeholders volunteer their time in committees that focus on health information technology, quality measurement, medical homes and outreach and education.

The Quality Forum recognizes that in order to accomplish its mission, a different approach must be taken. Broad stakeholder participation and transparency must be central to its work; and strong and strong, broad consensus must be built around strategies and activities led by the Forum in order to ensure success. It is recognized that many individuals have unique, important expertise that will be critical to incorporate in the work of the Quality Forum. Therefore, the Board has established four committees to engage stakeholders in the collaborative work of Forum: the Medical Home, Quality Measurement, Health, Health Information Technology and Education and Education and Outreach Committees.
